We sell painted items from all scales and all periods. We categorise them as follows:

Grade F - Basic Standard: Figures that appear to have been painted to get them onto the wargames table as quickly as possible. Items classed as 'basic' , they are often good purchases for painters who wish to improve them by repainting the flesh, adding highlights etc.

Grade E - Wargames Standard: Painted in a manner that is fairly basic but does not necessarily require any work from a purchaser other than, perhaps, basing

Grade D - Wargames Standard: Suitable for general use, and the standard that most non professional figure painters achieve. These figures generally look effective on the table but do not warrant close up examination

Grade C - Wargames Standard: A good standard of finish that only just falls short of a professional standard

Grade B - Professional Standard: The standard we would expect from someone who makes a profit out of painting figures. These figures should still look the part when viewed close up or photographed. We would also expect greater detail such as eyes, and the edges of paper flags to be painted.

Grade A - Collectors Standard: One step up from professional and painted by someone with genuine talent. Good enough to grace a display cabinet, or a magazine cover, with vast amounts of accurate detail, and certainly able to be photographed and enlarged without showing any lack of quaility
